Are You GST Registered?
We are a registered private limited in Singapore and we are not GST registered. Therefore, all prices stated in our quotations are GST included.
How do we sign up?
All business engagements are done after a face-to-face or online meeting with our team. An official quotation is then issued along with terms & conditions. After the quotation & T&C are signed, an Invoice is issued for payment. Upon collection of payment, the campaign work begins.
What are your office hours?
We are open, Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 6:30pm. We are closed on public holidays and weekends.
Is there after-office support available?
Yes, after-office support is only available for existing customers. For all others matters you can connect with us during our office hours.
Are you Singapore Grant-approved vendor?
No. However, the nature of our solutions & products is eligible to be claimed under various grants.
What is the payment mode you accept?
We accept almost all payment platforms available in Singapore. Do check with your account manager while signing up for available payment method.
